Luis Ángel Gil-Acirón (Teruel, 1986) is a Technical Advisor for Foreign Language Education in the Department of Education of the Government of Aragon and a member of the TRADIT research group. With extensive international experience in EFL/ESL teaching, he has published a number of articles in the field of second language acquisition. He holds a PhD in Applied Linguistics and master’s degrees in Secondary Education and ICT in Language Education and Processing, as well as bachelor’s degrees in Educational Psychology and Elementary Education (EFL). In 2024, he was honored with the prestigious “Professor José Romera Castillo” Prize for Philological Research and the Outstanding PhD Award from the National University of Distance Education.
