El trenet sembla un nen petit enmig de tants trens adults. Ignorat pels companys, s’avorreix a l’estació, sense poder recórrer les vies fent sonar el xiulet i l’alegre campaneta, que s’omple de pols i de teranyines. Pel fet de ser petit, el deixen de banda i no li presten l’atenció que mereix. Però un fet inesperat li donarà l’oportunitat de demostrar el que val… Aquest conte, en edició bilingüe català-anglès, ens ensenya que, com diu el trenet en un moment de la història, “la unió fa la força”.

The little train looked like a child among so many adult trains. Ignored by his colleagues, he was bored at the station, unable to cross the tracks sounding his whistle and his merry bell, which was filled with dust and cobwebs. Being small, he was pushed away and did not receive the attention he deserved. But something is to happen that will give him the chance to prove himself… This story teaches that, as the Trencito says at one point: “In union there is strength.”
